Hi Friends,

Choose one of four ocean creatures to give you a personalized message today.

Most of us were trained to rely solely on our mind to make decisions. But our creative, intuitive, instinctual side holds information that our mind could never access on its own. Over time we can retrain ourselves to use our body, mind, and heart together to sense what feels right. The longer you ponder which choice is right, the more your brain gets in the way.

For big life choices, it’s good to think things through carefully and weigh options. But for this little exercise, use your first gut instinct.

In the comments below, let Brenda and I know which one you chose—did it fit for you? We love hearing from you.

Until Soon,

Tamika xo

What a wonderful joycast! Thank you SO much for this heartfelt message. I chose Harbour Seal and when Brenda started speaking about curiosity I just started to cry. I am in a time of deep swadhyaya and I am getting to the darker not quite so joyful parts. To hear the wisdom to just dip in a toe, be curious, and see what comes is a beautiful message. One I most definitely will take to heart. I'm so grateful for such an authentic way to start my day. Thank you both for sharing your gifts and offering us guidance! Namaste ~

Hey Tamika, I chose the Harbour Seal, and yes, it fit. Looking at the transition coming in my life, re: retirement and what I am going to do next. So popping up and trying new things is really true for me now. Thanks for confirming that its all ok to wait for the one that resonates.
Sending you lots of love and light.

I chose the Harbour Seals because when I lived in Victoria I spent so much time watching the seals in the inner harbour. The message re being curious really resonates with me. I'm curious (some would say nosy) about everything. Take care of yourselves and know that we miss you very much Tamika.

Donna, I love your curiosity for life and your bright spirit! It makes my heart happy to think about you watching the harbour seals and them watching you. PS: Kind-hearted nosy neighbours are the BEST——they've always got your back if anything goes wrong!

I chose the orca and found two meaningful messages there for me. One was about speaking my truth. I got truthbumps because this message of finding my courage to speak up in this world keeps weaving itself into my journey, encouraging me to keep growing. The spiritual activism part of the message is also exciting for me because I adore my job right now - advocating for kids to get outside and to strengthen their partnership with the natural world. It's interesting that this activism is encouraging me to find my voice, not only at work, but in other areas of my life as well. Thank you, Tamika and Brenda! The joycast is such a fun way to reflect and make connections. 💖💖💖

I really needed this message today. The email has been flagged in my inbox for weeks and finally I got to it. I chose the Sea Lion but thought the message would be related to their more aggressive side. I have a lot of conflict in my life and thought the message would actually be about "keeping up the fight". The message was actually what I needed: to give myself the rest I need and take care of myself. My energies are drained from the conflicts and the negativity they bring and I need to make the time to recharge with positive vibes. Thank you for sharing the message and the inspiring view around you! Miss you lots! All the best.
P.S. I have also been in the back of an ambulance and I share your feelings of comfort at hearing they were almost there. What a gift to live in a place where we can call for help when needed. Thinking of so many people in the world right now who cannot get the help they need. Hope they can feel the love we are sending them.

Daria, thank you for sharing. It is such a big moment when we realize we can step away from key conflicts and recharge with our natural positivity; it's not always easy to do. I'm so glad this came to you when you needed it. I have thought of you often and loved hearing from you today! Sending so much love, Tamika
